General Transportation Requirements

Moisture and Moisture Prevention: Packaging paper is highly hydrophilic and easily deforms, molds, and loses strength when exposed to moisture. Moisture-proof measures must be taken during transportation, such as using waterproof tarpaulins and avoiding open-air storage.

Maintain a Dry Environment: Humidity should be controlled in warehouses and transport vehicles; a relative humidity below 60% is recommended.

Elevated Stacking: Paper should be elevated using sleepers, approximately 25mm above the ground, to avoid direct contact with ground moisture; ventilation gaps should be left between cartons when stacking.

Avoid Heavy Pressure: Stacking should not be too high to prevent damage or deformation of the bottom layer of paper due to excessive weight.

Packaging and Labelling Requirements

Outer Packaging Strength: Corrugated cardboard boxes (at least three layers) are recommended to ensure compression and tear resistance; for international transport, they must comply with IATA or GB/T 45702-2025 standards.

Damaged or Damp Cardboard Boxes Prohibited: Reusable boxes must be free of old labels, oil stains, dents, and holes.

Clear Labeling: Outer boxes should be clearly marked with warning signs such as "Keep Dry," "Head Up," and "Fragile" (if containing glass or precision components), in prominent locations.
