Daily maintenance of packaging paper depends primarily on its intended use.

Moisture and humidity control: Packaging paper should be stored in a dry environment with relative humidity controlled within a reasonable range to prevent moisture absorption, deformation, or mold growth. The moisture content of food packaging paper should generally be controlled between 8% and 12%; anything exceeding 15% is considered substandard.

Prevent contamination: Prevent oil stains, tea stains, ink stains, etc., from contaminating the surface. If tea stains appear, gently wipe with a soft cloth dampened with warm water or diluted white vinegar, avoiding excessive moisture that could seep into the inner layers.

Regular inspection: Check for damage, wrinkles, stains, glue detachment, or blurry printing, and replace or repair promptly.

Proper stacking: Avoid heavy pressure that could cause deformation, especially for laminated gift boxes or art paper packaging; lay them flat or use a support frame.
